Me, Myself and I (TASTER SESSION)
This is a taster session for the 90 days intensive programme which aims to help you heal and rebuild your life.
Are you experiencing anxiety where it's hindering your progress in life, causing you to constantly avoid even positive situations? Is it preventing you from living a full life? This session will teach you how to change your thought patterns to reduce anxiety and eventually heal from it.
The Practice of Mindfulness
In this session we will talk about the importance of mindfulness, tips and techniques will be shared on how to ground yourself, how to come back to your centre, and how to cultivate a mindful lifestyle. A guided meditation will be done to help you centre and be present.
Create the life you want by learning how to break down your dream into achievable goals. This session will help you discover or reaffirm your vision, increase clarity on what you want and put it into perspective, use your strengths to achieve your goals, and develop a mindset that will support you in your journey through failure and success.
Heal Through Self Love
Self-love is such an important aspect of love and sadly many people do not know how to love themselves. Self-love gives you the strength to face whatever the outside world throws at you. How much you love and accept yourself will enable you to be authentic and pursue your dreams.
Heal Your Relationship With Money
Do you believe that money is the root of all evil? Do you have debts, spend more money than you receive, or struggle to maintain a steady income? You may not realize this and very likely have negative beliefs set in your subconscious mind.
